Return and Refund Policy

At ProyecPoint, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions.
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without the need to provide any justification.

2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

The product must not show any signs of damage, misuse, or improper handling.

All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned.
ProyecPoint reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

Customized or made-to-order products.

Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once opened.

Products damaged due to improper use or negligence.

Products returned outside the legal 14-day period.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or an error has occurred on the part of ProyecPoint.

If the return is due to a defective product or an incorrect shipment, ProyecPoint will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected:

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 calendar days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
